Writing your bookOne of the strategies I teach attendees on my Passion for Products programme and in the Biz Growth Academy, is the benefit of engaging your clients in the developing of your products, programmes and services – effectively they can become your R&D team.

Author Guy Kawasaki, has recently engaged the new media solution of a wiki to engage his community in the developement of his new book.

Guy is asking his readers and fans to propose ideas for his book and also using the wiki to develop the outline of his book.

So as you consider your next development project whether it is a new solution, product or service, how could you engage your clients and colleagues in it’s development?

Not only are you going to be able to identify what the areas are that they would value your advice and guidance with, your’ll also possibly uncover other areas that you can develop in the future and you’ll be creating brand ambassadors that will create buzz about your new programme.
