As a business leader, one of the core skills I personally believe it critical to support the performance of your business is that of being a great coach and mentor.

Having had the wonderful opportunity to build and develop my expertise as an executive coach and coach supervisor over almost 20 years and with a remit for embedding coaching capability into the organisations I have worked with, I am always searching for great resources and leading edge practices.

One book that is definately is on my recommended reading list is a best selling book by Sir John Whitmore, “Coaching for Performance”.

I am therefore delighted to announce that Sir John will be our next speaker at the Association for Coaching Ireland November event which is taking place on the 27 November in Dublin and the 28 November in Belfast. His masterclass is entitled “Coaching: A Mandatory Skill for 21st Century Leaders”.
