Usually good companies have blogs, bad ones of course don’t as they would be afraid of bad comments about them.
Good companies require a difficult interview process.
Bad companies on the other hand just rush you into signing a contract with them and then once they have you, they treat you badly and in the end, ditch you if they don’t need you anymore.
So keep your eyes open!

@ Fiona – thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yes the more professional a recruitment agency or executive headhunting firm it is the more rigorous the process will be so that they get a good match for the candidate and the client alike.
