		<description>Great post Krishna!  Tribes and communities are a topic that I like to see on the table more often! I think fundamentally, that this is why social media is so well recieved - because we all crave to belong, and meet like minded people - and our neighbours and workplaces are simply not providing this!  All the best with the upcoming events...and I am off to tweet, blog, ff, seesmic and fb with my like minded friends!</description>
