@Mark thanks for commenting and asking a question about Flickr – for me adding photo’s is away to express the back story to your brand – be that a corporate brand, employer brand or personal brand.

I can reflect your interests, hobbies and what you are passionate about – not just your professional experience.

I hope my Flickr photo’s give a little insight to where I go and what I do so even if we are not in the same continent we can get to know each other better.

I’m enjoying some excursions into Linkedin Q&A – gives me a pulse for what others are thinking (and sometimes worrying) about!

Question – do you get questions / comments about the Flickr photos? I ‘ve just spent 10 minutes or so looking through yours – so I guess there is definitely a kind of ’stickiness’ factor which some visitors can relate to as they build up a ‘map’ of who and what you are about over time.
