Many NBers are aware of the advantaqes social media can bring to a work environment. There's a broad scope from utilizing blogs to collaborative software and many have have found it definitely increased productivity. It has for my own company (WalkingSpree.com) and I know for a fact many other NB companies are using social media effectively to improve productivity. I think I'll explore this further on my blog as well from a NB perspective.
