As I have written about previously, the Irish Internet Association has been working on developing a number of white papers about business applications of social media.
One of the subgroups has been working on a podcasting white paper and this week the Social Media Working Group are hosting a workshop to access feedback from people interested and also those using podcasts – be those audio podcasts or online video podcasts.
Here are the details of the event:

While the workshop is intend to review the contents of the whitepaper it will also give participants an opportunity to share their own experience and learn from others. I know at the Business Blogging workshop we had newbies to veterans of business blogging attend and the mix of people resulted in a healthy and productive debate. You can listen to the audio recordings or download them for the business blogging event HERE.
The draft paper is available for review, comment and download on the Working Group’s Socialtext Wiki. I hope you will be able to make it and if you have questions about business podcasting with audio or online video, why not leave a comment here and I’ll make sure that we cover it in the workshop or i will cover it in a forthcoming podcast.
