How to attract, retain and inspire great talent so that you deliver your business goals and you people realise their potential.

A third carnival I have decided to host is about a subject that I have great passion for - how to build a distinctive employer brand so that you realise your business success.

The purpose of the carnival of employer branding advice is to provide readers with high quality articles about how to enhance their employer brand and the effectiveness of their employee engagement strategies.

Please submit your best articles - articles that overly promote the authors services or products or are selling affiliate products will not be accepted. The carnival will be published on the 23rd of each month.
