In any successful business, the role of the leadership team is to unlock the potential of the company’s brands, a critical business asset, with the result that the brand will grow and the business will succeed.

I am going to be leading a workshop at the forthcoming HR Ireland Conference to share how major organisations are deploying the strategies used by marketing functions to build corporate and product brands to support the people development agenda, supporting their people to build their own personal brand.

The conference takes place on the 22 April 2008  and is called “Learning and Development in the Workplace“. The conference will be in Portadown.
